These terms cover your use of the Sunday Desk app and service, provided by Nordic Future LLC ("we").
Your license
When you buy Sunday Desk you get a personal license to use it on up to 3 Macs. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Lifetime licenses don't renew and include future updates for as long as we offer Sunday Desk.
Fair use
Each Mac includes a generous monthly amount of AI sorting, far more than a normal week of files. If you reach it, sorting pauses until the next month.
You stay in control
Sunday Desk suggests where files should go. Nothing moves until you approve it, nothing is ever deleted, and every move can be undone. Keep your own backups (such as Time Machine) as you would with any app that organizes files.
Payments and refunds
Paddle sells Sunday Desk as our merchant of record, and its buyer terms apply to your purchase. If Sunday Desk isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of buying for a full refund.
No warranty
Sunday Desk is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for important changes, let you know in the app.
